Official statement of NOBLE GROUP, a.s. on misinformation and mistaken identity

Dear clients, business partners and supporters,

Recently we have noticed the appearance of false reviews and information that damage the reputation of our company, NOBLE GROUP, a.s. These posts mistakenly refer to negative events associated with foreign entities of a similar name, in particular the Asian Noble Group Limited, with which our Czech investment group has and has never had any connection.

We would like to emphasize the following facts:

• We are a purely Czech company with its registered office in Prague (ID No.: 17245613), registered in the Commercial Register since 2022.

• Our activities are focused on investments primarily in real estate development projects.

• All our business is conducted in accordance with the applicable laws of the Czech Republic and we pride ourselves on our transparent approach to our investors.

We strongly discourage any association of our company with cases involving other entities. We are taking all legal steps to remove such misleading information from the public domain.
