The Velký Borek project is heading into its final phase

Our first investment project with our own development is slowly coming to the final stage.

When we started, we may have had a bit of rose-tinted glasses. But reality quickly showed us how tough the discipline of development is in the Czech Republic. Roman Trnka, who can compare it to development in the USA, or Marek Fiedler, who as the head of development is at the projects almost every day, could tell us about it.

Preparations for the final approval are finishing and the houses in Velké Borek are almost ready for living. It is interesting to see the shift from the first plans and visualizations to real houses where you can already imagine how someone normally lives there.

We have several other real estate projects underway today - not only in the Czech Republic, but also in America. But these houses are a bit different for us. It was the first time, and it just sticks in your mind. It's an important moment for us. It's a confirmation that what we set out to do in the beginning works in practice.

And as the project moves into its final phase, there comes a moment when we hand the houses over, for sale and to the people who will make them a home.
