Making appointments, 6 hours a day
This is not a traditional call center. You don't sell over the phone. Your job is to reach out to people who are considering investing and set up an appointment for them to meet with one of our salespeople.
It is the first contact that determines if the client wants to move forward. That's why we're looking for someone who can speak naturally and create trust.
What you'll do
- reach out to potential clients by phone (cold calls)
- arrange appointments for the sales team
- work with a prepared script, but not like a robot
- be the first contact between the client and Noble Group
Who we are looking for
- have a high school degree
- not afraid to interact with people after telephone
- you can speak clearly and naturally
- you can handle rejection without undue stress
- you are reliable and want to see the results of your work
Call center experience is an advantage, but not a requirement.
What we offer
- Salary 20,000 - 25,000 CZK (6 hours per day)
- Bonuses depending on performance
- Working hours 8:30 am - 2 pm:30
- working on DPP
- starting immediately / by agreement

What is good to know
This is not an aggressive sale.
You are not calling "randomly". You work with contacts where it makes sense to open the conversation.
Your goal is not to convince, but to set up a quality meeting.
